In this role, you will be responsible for replenishing shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness during overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities for the Overnight Stocker
Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining optimal inventory levels and store presentation.
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transport items to the sales floor.
- Stock shelves and displays with products, ensuring accurate placement and pricing.
- Organize and maintain backroom inventory for efficient access and restocking.
- Ensure merchandise is neatly presented, following company merchandising standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping, dusting, and organizing shelves.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Minimum Qualifications for the Overnight Stocker
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and organization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
