Key Responsibilities for the Consumables Associate

- Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, creating a welcoming shopping environment.
- Assist customers by promoting products and services, locating merchandise, and aiding in purchase decisions.
- Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management when appropriate, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up product displays.
- Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, securing merchandise, identifying high-shrink items, and maintaining a safe work environment per company policies.
- Receive and stock merchandise, utilizing equipment appropriately, and completing required documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications for the Consumables Associate

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet store operational needs.
- Physical stamina to handle and move merchandise, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
