Key Responsibilities for the Reno Host

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing information about ongoing renovations and directing them to available shopping areas.
- Maintain clear signage and communication throughout the store to inform customers of any changes or areas under construction.
- Coordinate with the renovation team to ensure customer safety and minimize disruptions during shopping hours.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions or escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Ensure the store remains clean and organized, even amidst renovation activities, to uphold Walmart’s standards.
- Assist in setting up temporary displays or relocating merchandise to accessible areas during renovations.
- Monitor customer traffic patterns and provide feedback to management to improve the shopping experience during renovations.
