Key Responsibilities for the Optical Student

Your tasks will focus on delivering outstanding member service and supporting the operational efficiency of the Optical Department.

  • Member Assistance: Guide members in selecting eyeglass frames and lens options, ensuring they receive personalized and informed service.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process orders and over-the-counter merchandise, handling payments through cash, cheques, credit, and debit transactions.
